lovely stay with ocean view

amazing view great food friendly staff

the pool provided an amazing view of the ocean. the room service was prompt and the food tasted great (i especially liked the pad thai). the hotel staff were always friendly and eager to help.

there were fewer vegetarian options on the menu than i would have liked.

staff members such as koong and kluay offered helpful service. poppy were pretty good, the family felt welcomed and special. the reception staff was cute, gentle, and helpful throughout my stay.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Views

ocean views spacious room amazing pool

I found the ocean views fine from my room. The on-site restaurants offered very enjoyable food. The swimming pool area was amazing with a fantastic view. All amenities worked very well. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The hotel is a little isolated, I had to take a taxi or Grab to go to town. This made spontaneous trips slightly less convenient. I would have liked to be closer to the main attractions without needing transport.

Breakfast service was excellent, with staff greeting guests warmly. Staff members prepared Thai tea and fresh mixed fruit juice. Requests were attentively handled, made mornings special!!!

The rooms had daily cleaning service and towel replacement. Complimentary water bottles came in glass. The rooms were spacious. I appreciated these features .

hand railings hazardous bathroom

The breakfast was reasonably good.

The bathroom was HAZARDOUS. There were no hand railings on the bath or shower, and the floor just gets flooded. When i called reception to ask for coffee sachets, they struggled to understand.

mixed feelings about the stay

drunk guest hairs in the bath

the location was not ideal , requiring taxis to go everywhere. drunk guests caused disturbances at the pool , spilling drinks and starting fights. the noise from music and screaming was disruptive , and i found hairs in the bath.
